Why Upgrade
Better Steam, Better Control
The heater makes the sauna. Every Yakia cabin comes with a capable steel wall-mounted heater, but HUUM heaters hold far more stone — from 55kg in the DROP to 150kg in the HIVE Mini and STEEL. More stone means softer, longer-lasting löyly when you throw water, and a more even heat on the top bench.
Add the UKU Wi-Fi controller and you can start the sauna from the train home, then get a notification on your phone when it's up to temperature.

HUUM’s best-known heater: an open steel cage of stones that holds more than many wood-burning stoves, giving softer, longer-lasting löyly when you throw water.

Sizing
Which HUUM Fits Which Sauna?
Glass loses heat faster than an insulated wall, so a glazed cabin needs more power than its volume alone suggests — as a rule, each square metre of glass adds about 1.2m³ to the heating load. We match the HUUM to the output Yakia specifies for each cabin, and confirm it at the site visit.
