About the Yakia Ultima L
An alder-lined, double-glazed cabin that arrives fully built, so there’s no on-site assembly — we prepare the base and power, then set it in place. Available in Brown or Natural cladding.
The flagship cabin: alder-lined, insulated and finished with a standing-seam metal roof and large framed panoramic glazing. Delivered fully assembled.
Best for: Larger gardens with good access.

Before You Order
Fitting the Yakia Ultima L in Your Garden
Space. The cabin takes up 225 × 230 × 255cm, a footprint of 5.2m². Allow room around it for the door to open and for treating the timber each year. We measure up at the free site survey.
Access. The Yakia Ultima L is delivered fully assembled, so it needs a clear route from the road to the base. We check access at the site survey before you order.
Power. The 9kW heater needs its own circuit from your consumer unit, drawing around 39 amps on a standard single-phase supply. Our electrician installs and certifies it — it's included in the price.
Planning. At 255cm tall, the Yakia Ultima L is over the 2.5m limit for outbuildings within 2m of a boundary, so it must sit at least 2m from your boundaries to stay within permitted development. Much of central and west London is covered by conservation areas, and flats and maisonettes have no permitted development rights at all. Many London saunas still go ahead without planning permission, but we check your property before you order and handle the application when one is needed.
